Sales & Customer Success Representative (Poland)

The role

We’re hiring a Sales & Customer Success Representative to support prospective and new customers during the commercial negotiation, planning and early onboarding stages.

You’ll handle a mix of inbound and outbound contact, help customers understand pricing and proposals, support early account setup, and coordinate internally when requirements become more complex. The role combines sales, customer success, and light project coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and trial sign-ups
  • Speak with prospective customers about pricing, plans, and commercial terms
  • Support new customers through early account setup and onboarding
  • Identify more complex requirements and coordinate with pre-sales and support teams
  • Provide light project coordination for non-standard setups
  • Conduct outbound follow-ups to progress opportunities or re-engage prospects
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Share customer feedback and recurring questions internally

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Experience in SaaS, IT, telecoms, or another technology-related business
  • Confident discussing pricing and progressing commercial proposals
  • Strong communication skills and a structured, organised approach
  • Ability to work across teams and manage multiple conversations at once

Languages

  • Polish: Native or bilingual
  • English: Professional working proficiency

Location

  • Poland required
  • Lublin preferred

Nice to have

  • Experience with customer onboarding or implementation
  • Light project management or coordination experience
  • Familiarity with CRM and business productivity suites
  • Exposure to VoIP, telecoms, or cloud services
