Home Dashboard Overview

The Home page of Analytics Dashboard offers a curated executive view that aggregates key metrics from multiple operational categories for a quick, at-a-glance check of the contact center health.

Default views & filtering

The Home page loads with no filters applied. All data is shown by default, with the filter set to All and the date range set to Today. Global filters apply across all tiles within the Home dashboard unless overridden at tile level.

When filters are applied at tile level, the tile displays a visual indicator so you can see at a glance which tiles have their own filters and how many are applied:

  • A filter icon with a number appears next to the tile's menu icon (⋮), showing the count of active filters and allowing quick access to the filter modal.
  • The global filters area shows an indicator when tile-level filters are also applied. This helps indicate that the data shown on individual tiles may differ from the global filter selection applied to the rest of the dashboard.

The following tiles are displayed on the Home page by default:

  • Service Level
  • CX Score
  • Live Inbound Monitor
  • Live Outbound Monitor
  • Live Team Monitor
  • Inbound Calls
  • Outbound Calls

The Show KPI Targets option is turned OFF by default.

Live monitor tiles (Live Inbound Monitor, Live Outbound Monitor, Live Team Monitor) and

their associated KPI targets require at least one CX Add-on licence on the account. The

CX Score tile requires a CX Add-on licence assigned to the individual user.
