Scheduled Analytics¶
Scheduled Analytics allows you to create and manage recurring reports that automatically deliver aggregated performance data to selected recipients. Reports can be built from default or custom dashboards, filtered views from History or drill-down analytics pages.
Schedule report¶
To schedule a new report based on a default or custom dashboard:
- Go to Scheduled Analytics.
- Click Schedule new report.
- Specify the report settings:
- Name
- Dashboard – Select a dashboard (collection of metrics) as a basis for your report.
- Email recipients – Enter comma-separated email addresses to receive the report.
- Description – Enter the report description to add context.
- Format – Select PDF or CSV format.
- Language – Select a language to use for the report. The following languages are supported at the moment: English, German, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese.
- First run – Select the date and the time to start running the report.
- Timezone – Select a timezone for when the report will be generated and delivered. However, the data inside the report is always calculated and displayed using the account's global timezone, which is set by an Administrator (see Billing Profile), and not the timezone you set for the scheduled report or your browser's timezone.
- Repeat every – Select the report cadence: Day/Week/Month/Year.
- Reporting period – The available reporting period depends on the selected report cadence. Each cadence offers predefined aggregation windows aligned to its recurrence frequency.
- Ends – Set the end date to stop running the report. You can end the report: Never / On a specific date / After a specific number of occurrences.
- Click Save.
Alternatively:
- Go to Live Analytics.
- Click the menu icon (⋮) on the dashboard tile.
- Click Schedule report.
- Specify the report settings (see above).
- Click Save.
To schedule a new report based on Live Analytics drill-down view:
- From Live Analytics > … > Drill-down view, click Schedule report.
- The “Dashboard” is automatically selected based on the drill-down view you started from, and any active filters in that view are carried over to the scheduled report.
- Specify the report settings (see above).
- Click Save.
To schedule a new report based on History view:
- From History, click Schedule report.
- The “Dashboard” is automatically selected based on the History view you started from, and any active filters in that view are carried over to the scheduled report.
- Specify the report settings (see above).
- Click Save.
The new reports appear on the list at Scheduled Analytics and are running according to the specified schedule.
Edit report settings¶
To edit report settings, go to Scheduled Analytics and follow the steps:
- Click the menu icon (⋮) on the report tile.
- Click Configure.
- Edit the report settings:
- Name
- Dashboard – Select a dashboard (collection of metrics) as a basis for your report.
- Email recipients – Enter comma-separated email addresses to receive the report.
- Description – Enter the report description to add context.
- Format – Select PDF or CSV format.

Stop running report¶
To stop running a report, go to Scheduled Analytics and follow the steps:
- Click the menu icon (⋮) on the report tile.
- Click Stop running.
- Click Stop to confirm.
When you stop running a report, it remains on the system with the status “Stopped”. You can always resume running a stopped report.
Delete report¶
To delete a report, go to Scheduled Analytics and follow the steps:
- Click the menu icon (⋮) on the report tile.
- Click Delete report.
- Click Delete to confirm.
When you delete a report, it is deleted from the system and you won’t be able to restore it.
