Support & Feedback¶
The Support & Feedback section provides access to VoIPstudio support resources and allows supervisors to contact the support team, submit requests, and track the status of support tickets.
The following support options are available.
Live chat¶
Click Live Chat to start a real-time conversation with the VoIPstudio support team.
Customer support¶
Access the support page to view, submit, and manage support requests. This section contains the full list of your submitted tickets and their current status.
Phone support¶
View the available support phone numbers to contact the VoIPstudio support team directly.
Submit support request¶
To submit a new support request:

Click Support & Feedback > Customer Support > Submit request.

Complete the request form:
- Reason for contacting us – Select the appropriate category.
- Priority – Select the urgency level (Low / Medium / High).
- Subject – Enter a short description of the issue.
- Details – Provide a detailed explanation of the request or problem.
- Attachments – Drag and drop files or browse files to upload supporting documents. Maximum file size: 5 MB.
- Click Submit.
After submission, a reference number (Ticket ID) will be automatically generated and assigned to your request. The ticket will be sent directly to the VoIPstudio support team.
Please use this reference number when referring to your request in future communications.
Manage support request¶
All submitted requests appear in the Support page. Go to Support & Feedback > Customer Support > View requests, where you can track and manage your tickets.
Each ticket includes the following information:
- Ticket ID
- Category
- Subject
- Status
- Created At
- Updated At
You can manage your support tickets as follows:
- Search – Find tickets by keyword or ID.
- Filter – Narrow the list by ticket type or status.
- Open Ticket – Click a ticket to view details and reply to the support team.
- Close request – Mark a ticket as resolved once the issue is addressed.
You will receive notifications when the support team responds to your ticket. Replies can be submitted directly from the ticket page.
