Esta m\u00e1xima fundamental de los negocios, atribuida a Peter Drucker, es tan evidente que no necesita explicaci\u00f3n. Es el origen de la mejora continua en las empresas. Sin embargo, muchas veces, bien por falta de medios o por deficiencias en los procesos, no la tenemos suficientemente en cuenta.<\/p>\n<p>Este proceso de mejora continua a menudo falla debido a varios problemas:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>No se han definido correctamente las variables a medir (m\u00e9tricas o KPIs).<\/li>\n<li>No podemos medir esas variables correctamente.<\/li>\n<li>Se aplican de manera err\u00f3nea las acciones para mejorar los resultados.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>En el \u00e1mbito del marketing<\/strong> generalmente todos estos procesos de medida y optimizaci\u00f3n est\u00e1n correctamente definidos. Hay multitud de herramientas que nos permiten <strong>monitorizar el resultado de nuestras campa\u00f1as<\/strong> y el impacto de las acciones de mejora.<\/p>\n<p>Una de las m\u00e9tricas generalmente m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles de obtener son las relacionadas con las llamadas entrantes. Estas m\u00e9tricas son tan importantes como cualquier otra para conocer el rendimiento de nuestras campa\u00f1as de marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Este mes en VoIPstudio presentamos una nueva funcionalidad que nuestros clientes estaban demandando. Estamos seguros de que ser\u00e1 de gran utilidad: <strong><em>Call Tracking<\/em> (seguimiento de llamadas) para campa\u00f1as de marketing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>M\u00e9tricas para el seguimiento de llamadas<\/h2>\n<p>Como hemos comentado, uno de los aspectos generalmente m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles de medir es la informaci\u00f3n relacionada con las llamadas entrantes. Por ejemplo, si tienes publicado un anuncio en Google Ads, y alguien ve ese anuncio, encuentra tu n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono y te llama. Eso es una llamada entrante.<\/p>\n<p>Conocer a partir de una llamada <strong>informaci\u00f3n tan relevante como de d\u00f3nde procede esa llamada, qui\u00e9n es ese usuario o a trav\u00e9s de qu\u00e9 campa\u00f1a ha llegado<\/strong> (por ejemplo, qu\u00e9 anuncio ha visto el usuario o a trav\u00e9s de qu\u00e9 medio), a menudo no es una tarea sencilla.<\/p>\n<p>Esto sucede porque, en alg\u00fan momento, el usuario pasa de un medio online donde visualiza ese n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono a un medio offline (la propia llamada). En ese espacio, perdemos la relaci\u00f3n entre uno y otro evento.<\/p>\n<p>Algunas de las <a href=\"https:\/\/voipstudio.com\/es\/blog\/metricas-analizar-llamadas-en-empresa\/\">m\u00e9tricas de seguimiento llamadas<\/a> m\u00e1s interesante que nos interesar\u00eda conocer, y que debido a este problema a menudo no tenemos, son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fuente del lead<\/li>\n<li>Tasas de conversi\u00f3n \/ rendimiento<\/li>\n<li>Hora y localizaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Duraci\u00f3n de las llamadas<\/li>\n<li>Llamadas perdidas<\/li>\n<li>Personas que llaman por primera vez<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Call tracking en VoIPstudio<\/h2>\n<p>La funci\u00f3n call tracking est\u00e1 ya disponible en VoIPstudio para todos los usuarios, como siempre <strong>sin coste adicional y para todos los planes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Call tracking permite enlazar las llamadas telef\u00f3nicas entrantes con los metadatos de la landing page (como el Clic ID de Google). Esto permite atribuir llamadas telef\u00f3nicas concretas a visitas individuales a la p\u00e1gina de destino.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo funciona? B\u00e1sicamente lo que hace es gestionar un <strong>pool de n\u00fameros de tel\u00e9fonos distintos<\/strong>, de modo que puedes asignar n\u00fameros \u00fanicos para cada campa\u00f1a y para cada usuario.<\/p>\n<p>De ese modo, cada visitante que llegue, por ejemplo, a una landing page de tu sitio web ver\u00e1 un n\u00famero distinto. As\u00ed pues, si realiza una llamada, podremos saber autom\u00e1ticamente a qu\u00e9 campa\u00f1a pertenece y toda la informaci\u00f3n relacionada.<\/p>\n<p>El proceso de asignaci\u00f3n de n\u00fameros y la visualizaci\u00f3n de estos en tus elementos de marketing online, como las landing pages, es lo que se llama <strong>Dynamic Number Insertion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Para acceder a esta nueva funcionalidad \u00fanicamente tienes que activar la opci\u00f3n de Call Tracking en la configuraci\u00f3n avanzada de tu panel de administraci\u00f3n. El primer paso ser\u00e1 contratar un pool de n\u00fameros para tus campa\u00f1as.<\/p>\n<p>Ten en cuenta que los n\u00famero se reutilizan despu\u00e9s de un determinado per\u00edodo de tiempo.
