Esta tecnolog\u00eda permite comunicaciones en tiempo real dentro del navegador Web. De esta manera es posible establecer una llamada entre navegadores de manera directa. Adem\u00e1s de en su Softphone VoIPstudio utiliza WebRTC en sus aplicaciones tel\u00e9fono m\u00f3vil y en la <a href=\"https:\/\/voipstudio.com\/es\/blog\/como-usar-nuestra-extension-para-hacer-llamadas-con-google-chrome\/\">Extensi\u00f3n de Google Chrome<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>WebRTC aporta nuevas facilidades telef\u00f3nicas y muchas ventajas como facilidad de despliegue, mejor integraci\u00f3n con otros sistemas, ahorro de energ\u00eda, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Esta tecnolog\u00eda puede resultar tanto m\u00e1s sensible que la telefon\u00eda IP tradicional a trav\u00e9s de SIP. Por ejemplo WebRTC puede ser especialmente sensible a la p\u00e9rdida de paquetes o a los cambios producidos durante actualizaciones de software. Debido a esto y para ayudar a resolver posibles incidencias vamos a comentar los problemas m\u00e1s habituales:<\/p>\n<h2>Mensaje de \u201cError webRTC\u201d en la app &#8211; no podemos recibir o realizar llamadas.<\/h2>\n<p>La causa m\u00e1s probable de esto es que por alg\u00fan motivo en la aplicaci\u00f3n se hayan desconfigurado los dispositivos de audio, o exista alg\u00fan problema con el driver de audio.<\/p>\n<h2>No podemos recibir llamadas o al realizar llamadas o no se nos escucha y\/o escuchamos a nuestro interlocutor.<\/h2>\n<p>Las dos causas m\u00e1s comunes son o bien que al conectar diferentes dispositivos por USB o HDMI Windows nos cambie las preferencias de audio. Otra causa puede ser que si utilizamos otras aplicaciones que requieran del dispositivo de audio estas est\u00e9n causando conflicto con la aplicaci\u00f3n de VoIPstudio.<\/p>\n<h2>El audio, es de baja calidad, parece digitalizado o se pierde en ocasiones.<\/h2>\n<p>Hay que tener en cuenta que la aplicaci\u00f3n de VoIPstudio funciona dentro de nuestro ordenador en paralelo con otras operaciones. Por lo que depende de los recursos disponibles del ordenador. Si nuestro equipo tiene recursos muy limitados o tiene una sobrecarga de tareas las comunicaciones tambi\u00e9n se ver\u00e1n afectadas.<\/p>\n<h2>Nosotros escuchamos bien a nuestros interlocutores pero ellos nos escuchan distantes o muy bajito.<\/h2>\n<p>La causa m\u00e1s com\u00fan de esto es que en la aplicaci\u00f3n tengamos el dispositivo de entrada de audio mal definido. Por ejemplo en lugar de los cascos puede que est\u00e9 seleccionada la entrada de audio por defecto del port\u00e1til, es decir el micr\u00f3fono que lleva incorporado.<\/p>\n<h2>Otras causas de cortes de audio pueden ser errores de red.<\/h2>\n<p>Para facilitar el diagn\u00f3stico y la resoluci\u00f3n de varios problemas hemos incluido una herramienta de de depuraci\u00f3n WebRTC en nuestro Desktop SoftPhone. Donde para todas las llamadas y conexiones IP podemos encontrar las trazas de la API. Podemos acceder a esta herramienta desde:<\/p>\n<p>(1) Opciones \u2192 (2) Ayuda \u2192 (3) Resoluci\u00f3n de problemas \u2192 (4) Pesta\u00f1a de depuraci\u00f3n Web RTC<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/voipstudio.com\/wp-content\/avada\/2025\/01\/unnamed-file.png\" alt=\"Depuraci\u00f3n WebRTC\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dentro de la pesta\u00f1a de depuraci\u00f3n Web RTC para cada conexi\u00f3n (1) podemos ver las estad\u00edsticas, configuraci\u00f3n y trazas API (3)<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/voipstudio.com\/wp-content\/avada\/2025\/01\/unnamed-file-1.png\" alt=\"Estad\u00edsticas WebRTC, configuraci\u00f3n y trazas\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Para ver en tiempo real los par\u00e1metros de calidad de una llamada. Seleccionamos la conversaci\u00f3n actual. La \u00faltima conexi\u00f3n disponible en (1) y analizamos los par\u00e1metros que se detallan a continuaci\u00f3n:<br \/>\n(1) ssrc_##_send<br \/>\n(2) Conn_audio<br \/>\n(3) Stats graphs for ssrc<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/voipstudio.com\/wp-content\/avada\/2025\/01\/unnamed-file-2.png\" alt=\"Estad\u00edsticas WebRTC, gr\u00e1ficos\" \/><\/p>\n<p>1. M\u00e1s detalladamente lo que podemos encontrar en el apartado \u201cssrc_##_send\u201d es:<br \/>\n(1) Nivel audio entrada<br \/>\n(2) Codec de audio utilizado, PCMA.<br \/>\n(3) Paquetes perdidos, idealmente 0<br \/>\n(4) GoogJitter, mide la variaci\u00f3n del tiempo de recepci\u00f3n de paquetes. No deberia ser superior a 40ms.<br \/>\n(5) GooglRtt (Round Trip Time) mide el tiempo que tarda un paquete RTCP en ir y volver. Este valor deber\u00eda estar por debajo de 300.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/voipstudio.com\/wp-content\/avada\/2025\/01\/unnamed-file-3.png\" alt=\"Estad\u00edsticas WebRTC - Estad\u00edsticas\" \/><\/p>\n<p>2. El apartado de \u201cConn_audio\u201d nos muestra los detalles sobre la conexi\u00f3n de audio:<br \/>\n(1)(2) Informaci\u00f3n de los puertos e IP origen destino<br \/>\n(3) GoogRtt (Round Trip Time) mide el tiempo que tarda un paquete RTCP en ir y volver. Este valor deber\u00eda estar por debajo de 300.<br \/>\n(4) El protocolo utilizado para transportar el audio<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/voipstudio.com\/wp-content\/avada\/2025\/01\/unnamed-file-4.png\" alt=\"Estad\u00edsticas WebRTC - Conexi\u00f3n de adio\" \/><\/p>\n<p>3.
