Configurar la entrada de las llamadas a ese IVR. <\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En este caso tenemos varias opciones:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Opci\u00f3n 1, solicitar un nuevo n\u00famero a VoIPstudio, a ser posible que sea bonito.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Opci\u00f3n 2, portar nuestro n\u00famero actual a VoIPstudio<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Opci\u00f3n 3, poner un desv\u00edo en nuestro operador a un n\u00famero nuevo que nos de VoIPstudio.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*Esta \u00faltima opci\u00f3n puede que tenga <strong>limitaciones<\/strong> en cuanto al n\u00famero de <strong>llamadas simult\u00e1neas<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Paso 4. Enviar la llamada donde deseamos. <\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En este caso los destinos pueden ser:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Usuarios internos de VoIPstudio.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00fameros externos ya sean m\u00f3viles y fijos.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*En este caso hay que tener en cuenta que las llamadas que se redirijan al exterior<strong> se facturar\u00e1n por minutos<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un detalle interesante es que<a href=\"https:\/\/voipstudio.com\/es\/blog\/grabacion-de-llamadas-con-sistema-de-telefonia-voip\/\"> puedes grabar <\/a>tanto las <strong>llamadas que se atiendan desde VoIPstudio<\/strong> como las que se redirijan al exterior, lo que puede ser muy \u00fatil para <strong>monitorizar la calidad de atenci\u00f3n<\/strong> de las llamadas que da cada uno de los puntos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cuanto a los<strong> costes de este servicio<\/strong>, variar\u00e1n en funci\u00f3n de la configuraci\u00f3n que se realice.
