{"id":26750,"date":"2019-12-05T12:36:44","date_gmt":"2019-12-05T12:36:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/voipstudio.com\/blog\/como-mejorar-nuestra-operadora-automatica-y-musica-en-espera\/"},"modified":"2025-10-13T17:03:34","modified_gmt":"2025-10-13T16:03:34","slug":"como-mejorar-nuestra-operadora-automatica-y-musica-en-espera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/voipstudio.com\/es\/blog\/como-mejorar-nuestra-operadora-automatica-y-musica-en-espera\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00f3mo mejorar nuestra operadora autom\u00e1tica y m\u00fasica en espera"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En este art\u00edculo pretendemos explicar c\u00f3mo perfeccionar un poquito m\u00e1s nuestra operadora autom\u00e1tica, y con ella la experiencia de nuestros clientes cuando nos llaman.<\/p>\n<p>En el anterior post sobre <a href=\"https:\/\/voipstudio.com\/es\/blog\/como-usar-voipstudio-para-mejorar-la-atencion-al-cliente-guia-ivr\/\">mejorar la atenci\u00f3n al cliente con una IVR\u00a0<\/a>vimos como generar una operadora autom\u00e1tica con diferentes opciones y definir un horario comercial. A continuaci\u00f3n veremos c\u00f3mo podemos generar y mejorar los audio de las locuciones que utilizamos.<\/p>\n<h2>Texto a voz<\/h2>\n<p>La manera m\u00e1s sencilla es utilizar la facilidad de <strong>conversi\u00f3n de Texto a Voz<\/strong> incluida dentro del panel de control de VoIPstudio:<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-36601\" src=\"https:\/\/voipstudio.com\/wp-content\/avada\/2025\/01\/Voip.gif\" alt=\" width=\"1400\" height=\"528\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n podemos hacer uso de multitud de herramientas online con diferentes voces y acentos como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.naturalreaders.com\/online\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Natural Readers<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/ttsreader.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TTS Reader<\/a> para generar nuestro audio y despu\u00e9s subirla a VoIPstudio.<\/p>\n<h2>Grabar nuestra propia voz<\/h2>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n podemos <strong>grabar el audio necesario con nuestra voz<\/strong> o cualquier voz agradable a trav\u00e9s del tel\u00e9fono. Para ello podemos simplemente utilizar la funcionalidad de grabaci\u00f3n de VoIPstudio. Esto es tan f\u00e1cil como hacer una llamada grabar el audio y descargar la grabaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Por supuesto podemos grabar nuestra voz con cualquier herramienta de grabaci\u00f3n en un PC o m\u00f3vil. Podemos usar herramientas como la propia grabadora de windows o herramientas open source como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.audacityteam.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Audacity<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Usar opciones profesionales<\/h2>\n<p>Podemos encargar la grabaci\u00f3n de nuestro mensaje a un actor. Hoy en d\u00eda hay multitud de plataformas de freelancers que nos permiten publicar el trabajo y recibir propuestas de diferentes actores. Por unos 100-150 \u20ac podemos conseguir una grabaci\u00f3n profesional de portales como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voices.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Voices<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Y todo lo que obtengamos podemos modificarlo usando herramientas de grabaci\u00f3n que nos permitan mezclar audios como por el ya dicho <a href=\"https:\/\/www.audacityteam.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Audacity<\/a>. Podemos, incluso, poner una m\u00fasica de fondo a nuestro mensaje.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_36602\" style=\"width: 1155px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-36602\" class=\"size-full wp-image-36602\" src=\"https:\/\/voipstudio.com\/wp-content\/avada\/2025\/01\/audacity.gif\" alt=\" width=\"1145\" height=\"499\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-36602\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Nota: en el caso de introducir un fondo de m\u00fasica recomendamos reducir el volumen del canal de la m\u00fasica. -10 dBm suele ser lo apropiado.<\/p>\n<p>Es muy importante considerar d\u00f3nde conseguir las musicas de fondo. Para evitar inconvenientes es recomendable utilizar m\u00fasicas libres de derechos de autor. Estas las podemos conseguir por ejemplo en la siguiente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/audiolibrary\/music\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">librer\u00eda de youtube <\/a><br \/>Otra recomendaci\u00f3n si utilizamos una m\u00fasica de fondo es utilizar esta misma m\u00fasica com m\u00fasica de espera. Esto lo podemos hacer desde la secci\u00f3n de `M\u00fasica de espera` en nuestro panel de control en VoIPstudio.<\/p><\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-36603\" src=\"https:\/\/voipstudio.com\/wp-content\/avada\/2025\/01\/musicadefondo.gif\" alt=\" width=\"1398\" height=\"566\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Finalmente el \u00faltimo detalle a tener en cuenta cuando editemos nuestras pistas de audio para que sean escuchadas en el tel\u00e9fono es que para simplificar el proceso lo podemos hacer en un solo canal (mono). No aporta nada hacerlo en modo stereo, en mono nos ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s sencillo y la grabaci\u00f3n nos ocupar\u00e1 la mitad de espacio.<\/p>\n<p>La funcionalidad de operadora autom\u00e1tica o IVR es tan vers\u00e1til que vemos como algunos clientes nos contratan simplemente para conseguir encaminar sus llamadas a esta funcionalidad. Hacer que sus clientes escuchen la bienvenida y opciones de operadora para despu\u00e9s desviar la llamada a sus n\u00fameros de m\u00f3vil externos.
