Al\u00e9m disso, os relat\u00f3rios dos utilizadores tamb\u00e9m permitem filtrar por utilizador, equipa, ou localiza\u00e7\u00e3o. Desta forma, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel obter estat\u00edsticas para um \u00fanico agente, uma equipa inteira, ou uma \u00e1rea em particular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os relat\u00f3rios de chamada do agente&nbsp;<strong>tamb\u00e9m permitem filtrar atrav\u00e9s de uma etiqueta<\/strong>.
