Estes relat\u00f3rios podem ser utilizados para avaliar a carga de trabalho das equipas, identificar tend\u00eancias de chamadas ou apenas isolar chamadas zangadas dos clientes para que mais tarde o departamento de sucesso do cliente possa facilmente encontr\u00e1-los e analis\u00e1-los.<\/p>\n<h2>Utiliza\u00e7\u00f5es mais comuns e exemplos de etiquetas<\/h2>\n<p>Abaixo podem encontrar-se <strong>os casos de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o mais comuns<\/strong> e algumas sugest\u00f5es de casos de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de funcionalidades de marca\u00e7\u00e3o de chamadas. A boa not\u00edcia aqui \u00e9 que pode adicionar tantas etiquetas ou etiquetas a cada chamada quantas precisar.<\/p>\n<h3>Isolar o t\u00f3pico das chamadas recebidas<\/h3>\n<p>A marca\u00e7\u00e3o de chamadas pode ajudar a <strong>localizar os departamentos mais ocupados<\/strong> ou a descobrir onde os <strong>agentes passaram mais tempo durante as chamadas<\/strong>. Por exemplo, poder\u00edamos rotular as chamadas como: &#8220;Vendas&#8221;, &#8220;Apoio&#8221;, &#8220;Interno&#8221;, &#8220;chamada errada&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h3>Isolar o t\u00f3pico das chamadas de sa\u00edda<\/h3>\n<p>Para centros de contacto de chamadas de sa\u00edda centrados nas vendas, as chamadas s\u00e3o tipicamente marcadas em algumas das op\u00e7\u00f5es abaixo: &#8220;Interessado&#8221;, &#8220;N\u00e3o interessado&#8221;, &#8220;Sem resposta&#8221;, &#8220;N\u00famero errado&#8221;, &#8220;N\u00e3o ligar&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Isto ajuda a identificar <strong>rapidamente as leads adequados<\/strong> e a gerar relat\u00f3rios dos resultados das chamadas.<\/p>\n<h3>Identificar t\u00f3picos de leads falhados<\/h3>\n<p>A marca\u00e7\u00e3o de chamadas de vendas falhadas com a raz\u00e3o da falha ajudar\u00e1 mais tarde a <strong>isolar a fraqueza<\/strong> do que estamos a vender. Por exemplo, algumas etiquetas a utilizar poderiam ser &#8220;Falha-pre\u00e7o&#8221; &#8220;Falha-dificuldades t\u00e9cnicas&#8221; &#8220;Falha-falta funcionalidade&#8221; &#8220;Falha-tempo&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h3>Marcar a qualidade do lead<\/h3>\n<p>O recurso de marca\u00e7\u00e3o de chamadas pode tamb\u00e9m ajud\u00e1-lo a determinar quais os m\u00e9todos de marketing que est\u00e3o a gerar chamadas telef\u00f3nicas e quais os que n\u00e3o est\u00e3o. Se combinarmos isto com a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de grava\u00e7\u00e3o de chamadas, talvez mais tarde, avaliando todas as chamadas em que um determinado concorrente foi apontado, <strong>possamos descobrir como estamos a ir<\/strong> ou onde o nosso produto precisa de melhorar em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com os concorrentes.<\/p>\n<h3>Algumas outras etiquetas comuns<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Identidade do cliente<\/strong> \u2013 Novo cliente, cliente relevante, Cliente requerido, cliente da lista negra, Parceiro, Fornecedor, etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Categoria<\/strong> &#8211; Cliente empresarial, Cliente p\u00fablico, utilizador dom\u00e9stico, Spam, Desconhecido<\/li>\n<li><strong>Objetivo da chamada<\/strong> &#8211; chamada de vendas, chamada de apoio, chamada interna, chamada de teste, pedido de recurso, devolu\u00e7\u00e3o de encomendas, entrega, etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Humor do cliente<\/strong> &#8211; Zangado, urgente, chateado, etc..<\/li>\n<li><strong>A linha de produtos<\/strong> &#8211; Vendas em primeira m\u00e3o, produto de terceiros, produto rec\u00e9m-lan\u00e7ado, um produto com um bug conhecido, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/voipstudio.pt\/voip-empresas\/\">As plataformas<\/a> telef\u00f3nicas normalmente permitem-lhe definir v\u00e1rias etiquetas para a mesma chamada.
