A qualidade do \u00e1udio tem sido uma grande preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o desde as primeiras implementa\u00e7\u00f5es da VoIP, quando a tecnologia era nova.<\/p>\n<p>Desde ent\u00e3o, a tecnologia tem melhorado com a adi\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>de novas caracter\u00edsticas<\/strong>. Al\u00e9m disso, os fornecedores tamb\u00e9m adquiriram conhecimento e experi\u00eancia, o que melhorou o servi\u00e7o.<\/p>\n<p>Entretanto, <strong>garantir uma boa qualidade de chamada<\/strong> pode ser dif\u00edcil para as empresas, pois a qualidade \u00e9 afetada por uma s\u00e9rie de fatores que s\u00e3o dif\u00edceis de abordar de uma s\u00f3 vez.<\/p>\n<p>Para alcan\u00e7ar a melhor experi\u00eancia, a <strong>otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o da rede \u00e9 essencial<\/strong>. Infelizmente, muitos fabricantes de equipamentos ou prestadores de servi\u00e7os muitas vezes n\u00e3o publicam o m\u00e9todo que utilizam para <strong>&#8216;encadear&#8217; os valores de mudan\u00e7a de fase<\/strong> em suas redes ou dispositivos.<\/p>\n<p>No entanto, muitos fornecedores agora incluem em seus SLAs valores m\u00e9dios de jitter.
