SPAXXX

Factory Reset for Cisco Phones (SPAXXX, CP-88XX and CP-78XX)

1. Press Settings button in phone.
2. Scroll down.
3. Press Factory Reset [Number 14] and press enter.

CP-88XX and CP-78XX

1. Press Settings button on the phone, marked as 1
2. Scroll down to Device administration.
3. Press select to enter into the administrator submenu.
4. Scroll down to Factory reset
5. Press select to perform the factory reset.
6. You will be prompted to confirm the action by pressing ok

PAP2 Adapter

To perform factory reset of Cisco PAP2 adapter please connect analogue phone to the device and follow steps below:

1. Dial **** from your phone.
2. Dial 73738#.
3. Dial 1.
