Please press:

1. * star
2. Volume up +
3. * star
4. Volume down -
5. # hash

SNOM D120¶

1. Reboot the device and hold # during bootup.
2. Select Delete settings

Note: you can reboot the phone by powering it off or dialing **## which will cause a reboot.
