[London], [9th July 2026] —Voipstudio has launched its new Analytics Dashboard, giving businesses real-time contact centre visibility, customer experience insight and AI-ready call data inside the Voipstudio business calling platform.
The new dashboard replaces Voipstudio’s previous supervisor dashboard and adds live inbound and outbound call monitoring, calls waiting, calls on hold, agent availability, missed calls, unreturned calls, queue performance, IVR reporting, KPI targets and SLA performance.
