The VoIPstudio team attended Call & Contact Centre Expo at ExCel in London on 27th & 28th March. After 18 months of hard work we were excited to unveil version 2.0 of our wallboard software.
Those who stopped by to see us were given an exclusive look at its new capabilities which allow visualization of key performance stats such as calls made, received, calls in queue, agents available and more!
We were blown away by the positive response to our new wallboard and received great feedback on our disruptive pricing model! It was fantastic to meet so many interesting people and to have our PAYG approach validated by interest from businesses of all sizes – we pride ourselves on making professional VoIP phone service accessible to all.
Thanks to the organizers of Call & Contact Centre Expo for such a great event – we look forward to attending again next year!
