Is there a minimum call charge?

Yes. A minimum charge of 1.5¢ applies to each call.

Are all countries billed in one-second increments?

Most destinations are billed per second, but some countries use a minimum initial and ongoing billing increment.

This means an initial minimum duration is charged first, followed by a smaller ongoing increment. These increments are shown in the format initial/ongoing (in seconds) below.
