VoIPstudio 2020 roadmap survey results are in!

Here at VoIPstudio we’re always striving to improve the service we provide and do our best to build the solutions our customers need. This is why we always begin the year with a customer roadmap survey to hear your thoughts on what’s most important to you to help us prioritise our development activities.

Huge thanks to all who took part in our annual roadmap survey last month. We have now collated the results and will be using them to prioritise our development activities for the next year.

Firstly we asked you to rank in order of desirability which integrations you would like to see next and those with the most votes were Outlook365 and Hubspot. We then asked which new functionality you would most like to see in 2020 and you chose video conferencing!
