VoIPstudio finalist in the Comms Council UK Awards 2021

We are extremely proud to announce that VoIPstudio has been nominated as a finalist in categories ‘Best VoIP Software’ and ‘Best Multi-national Solution’ in the 2021 edition of the prestigious Comms Council UK Awards (formerly ITSPA).

Comms Council UK is a membership-led organisation that both represents and supports telecommunications companies that provide services to business and residential customers in the UK. For the past 13 years, the Comms Council UK Awards have been acknowledging accomplishments within the Unified Communications and VoIP industry.

Best VoIP Software Finalist

Best VoIP Software category is open to applicants from across the next generation communications landscape. VoIPstudio has made a great effort last year to develop a significant set of features, focusing on new integration and collaboration features to help our customers cope with the new communication needs resulting from the situation caused by COVID-19. All these new features are available to all our customers at no additional cost.

To improve VoIPstudio collaboration capabilities, new features like video conferencing and video calls add been added to the existing live chat, group chat and screen and file sharing functionalities. Also, we have released a new VoIP Integration Toolkit, including CTI Connectors, REST API and Webhooks. This helps any customer to integrate their phone communications into their existing business apps, creating a seamless experience, providing a better customer service and improving productivity.

These features have proven to be very important to our customers. As an example, in the last 12 months we have recorded an almost 50% increase in daily request volumes to our APIs.

Best Multi-national Solution Finalist

In addition, the Best Multi-national Solution nomination recognises the international success experienced by VoIPstudio. Year over year VoIPstudio demonstrates how the solution is performing commercially, whilst demonstrating innovation, adhering to international regulatory requirements and being tailored for different countries and/or regions.

In the last years we have developed new websites for specific countries and languages, including Spanish, German, Portuguese, and Polish. We are currently offering customer support in all those languages through our team distributed across three continents, ensuring 24/7access to personal support in all time zones.

As an example of our commitment to local customers, in April 2020 we have introduced “Local Connectivity” including Emergency Service (112 / 999 etc.) in most EU countries (Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland) and additionally in Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand and Singapore.

The winners will be revealed at the awards ceremony on 30th September 2021 at Sea Containers London.
