We won the ITSPA Award for Best Business ITSP!

VoIPstudio is delighted to announce that we won the ITSPA award for Best Business ITSP in 2018! The ITSPA award reflects all the efforts and hard work that have gone into improving our service in the last 12 months.

The Internet Telephony Service Provider’s Association has been recognizing the best VoIP service providers in various categories every year since 2008. This year’s ceremony marks the tenth anniversary of these awards and we are very proud to win the award for Best Business ITSP in the UK (up to 2 million pounds).

What It Takes to Win

The ITSPA awards are renowned in the internet telephony industry for a reason. Any IT service provider in the UK can submit an application in their chosen category – best business ITSP, best consumer VoIP etc. Out of all those candidates, a shortlist of contenders is selected by a panel of judges. This year, the winners were announced in London, on the 24th of May.

Businesses have to submit a written application, along with a completed questionnaire giving a few details about the service. Entries are judged on 3 different criteria namely business performance, innovation, and customer service. Every business should also include a case study, highlighting a recent deployment and how well it worked for the client(s).

Where Do We Go From Here?

We’re not a company that rests on its laurels. We’re extremely happy to be the recipient of a prestigious ITSPA award but we still have a long way to go. We will continue to improve VoIPstudio throughout 2018 and beyond. Our customers can look forward to innovative new features and further refinements on existing ones. It’s not the end but the beginning of an amazing journey!
