Returns

It is essential that you contact us before returning any goods to receive a Returns Authorisation number (RMA number).

VoIPstudio does not accept returns without an RMA number assigned by a member of the VoIPstudio team. Any returns received without prior arrangement will be held until the customer collects the item at their expense. All returned goods must be sent recorded delivery. PLEASE NOTE: Should you order incorrectly and request a refund, you will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee. If we have sent the goods incorrectly, we will exchange the item or refund the amount in full. When you return an item:

  • You must include everything you can (chargers, power supplies, manuals, CDs, packaging, etc must be included if the item is to be considered in resaleable condition)

  • You must have tried to resolve the issue by contacting us (raise an ticket on VoIPstudio Support).

  • Please do not write on the box or stick labels or tape to it (This means you cannot write our address on -; or stick it to -; the packaging of the product you are returning.) Doing this means we have to replace the packaging before we can reuse/replace the product and means we can’t class the item as unmarked or in brand new condition.

  • You must complete our RMA form - to do so, login into your account, click “Submit Ticket” and select "Other" as "Reason for your ticket". In the details of your ticket list items which you wish to return. In a response to your Ticket a member of Support team will provide RMA form to complete.

  • You must include the RMA number and a ticket number (obtained from VoIPstudio Support) in the package you send to us.

  • You agree, that in the event that you claim an item is faulty and we find it to be working, you will be charged a shipping fee to cover the costs involved in returning the item to you.

VoIPstudio understands that sometimes goods can go faulty, and we will attempt to remedy the problem. Many customers attempt to return incomplete goods or return goods that are not faulty, therefore the following policies are in place to ensure fairness.

Product Returned: Working product in brand new condition and in original packaging.

Within 14 days of receipt: You are entitled to a full refund.

More than 14 days, less than 1 year after receipt: At our discretion, we may issue you with a credit note.

More than 1 year after receipt: We can’t offer refunds on items of this age.

Product Returned: Working product but marked or incomplete.

Within 14 days of receipt: Any reimbursement is entirely at our discretion.

More than 14 days, less than 1 year after receipt: Any reimbursement is entirely at our discretion.

More than 1 year after receipt: We can’t offer refunds on items of this age.

Product Returned: Faulty product but otherwise in brand new condition.

Within 14 days of receipt: You can return the item to us and we can give you a refund, credit note or replacement.

More than 14 days, less than 1 year after receipt: You are entitled to a replacement.

More than 1 year after receipt: Unfortunately we cannot replace items of this age. We may offer a repair service.

Product Returned: Faulty product and marked, incomplete or not in its original packaging.

Within 14 days of receipt: You are entitled to a replacement.
