W60B factory reset from base

  1. Disconnect Power: Unplug the power adapter from the base station. If your base station receives power through the network cable via Power over Ethernet (PoE), unplug the Ethernet cable instead.

  2. Press and Hold the Paging Button: Locate the Paging button (sometimes labeled with a Wi-Fi-like wave icon) on the base station. Press and hold this button down.

  3. Reconnect Power: While continuing to hold down the Paging button, plug the power adapter (or the PoE Ethernet cable) back into the base station.

  4. Wait for the LED Lights: Keep holding the button. Watch the three indicator lights (Power, Network, and Phone) on the device. Continue holding the button until all three LEDs light up solid green (this typically takes about 15 to 20 seconds).

  5. Release the Button: Once all three lights are solid, release the Paging button.

Allow the Base to Reboot: The base station will now clear its configuration and restart. Do not unplug the base station during this time. Wait about 5 minutes for the reset process to complete.
